I've been feeling fairly tired this week, but that's no excuse to not get the work done. The 200s went well but I think I could've ran the km a little harder, although it felt like I was working hard. I was happy that my FFF 200ms were faster than last weeks and each got progressively faster. I am looking to PB in the 1500m this weekend so I'll need to put my tiredness behind me and FIJG
