Nice run with Tierza. We went to shuniah which is always fun. Tierza knows her way around pretty well. Lots of fun stories. Went back through trowbeidge. Super fun swimming and cliff jumping in soldiers hole. Faced a fear and get great afterwards!

Good run with Kayla ran over to centennial and ended up doing the blue loop which was the first time I’ve done it this year. Had to stop mid run to use the woods and felt much better after that. It was nice to run with Kayla before she goes on her across Canada med school tour.

This was an okay workout. My alarm wasn’t very loud this morning so I got up later than usual thankfully I usually get up super early so I was still more than on time. Felt hard to get into the “get after it” zone today. I got breathing good at the end but kept pushing to get to that limit but my body and mind were pushing back. HR only got to 26 which is way lower than it has been so I was not too impressed with myself. Strides were good afterwards!

Nice run with Tiersa. Had to stop to use the bathroom midrib and post run. Felt better at the end of the run than the beginning. Can definitely feel all the strength from the last few days.

Good long run today. Maxie ran early and met up with us and we went to shining and did the 2k loop then Kayla and I went off to cascades. We got a little disoriented and ended up going longer than planned. Felt like I was getting stronger out there and definitely felt the strength adaptations. My calf is feeling normal and I didn’t think or fixate on it throughout the run. And even when we were booking it back I didn’t feel any pain. Things are looking up! I will still stay on top of the little things and give it some extra attention to make sure I stay on top of it.
