Today was not great. I let my ego get in the way and ended up fighting myself rather than running efficiently. I freaked out from the start since people went out fast and my plan to stick adn work with Maxie and Beks was gone and I was panicking. Didn't run well today and the results speak for themselves.

Went for a bop over to the hospital trails. Ran after dinner so stomach was a bit off. Saw a cool plant so I picked it up for my collection. Ended with some core and hip mobility

Good workout today. Maxie got away on the first surge but I worked with hailee to get in a good effort. Felt pretty strong. I can feel the strength from the summer of mileage but I need to focus on just FIJGing it for the surges. Excited to do some faster stuff this season to work on the speed

Good run with the girls and Noah today. Lots of bopping and talking. Ran the figure 8 twice. I was checking out all the plants today too! Feels weird to go so short!

Good run today. It was awesome to have Hailee back! Very peppy today. Did snakes and ladders and ran over all but the teter totter which I will do at some point. Got rolling pretty good on the back half of the run. Push-ups were nice and challenging today.
