Nice workout this morning. The body is feeling beat up but I still got some great work done. Really embraced the circuit.

Good strength. I was sore from the previous days work but went with what I usually do instead of backing down and contouring up reasons for why I can’t lift as much.

Nice run with the girls. My legs were feeling pretty beat up today but I didn’t fixate on them. Really good quality sit and push after. It was fun watching the team run Brazilians, although I was a bit jealous because I wish I could've been out there crushing it with them.

Today was awesome. I woke up thinking today is a new day let’s make he most of it and let yesterday go. I got a new swim pb and a new hr pb of 31 today. Really went after it in the intervals. I can feel all the adaptations from the weights yesterday. Feels good to know I’m getting stronger!

Today was a nice run. I had a busy day and am mentallly struggling today. Ran with the boys for a bit. Although on the last 15mins it so my left IT band felt a bit pinchy. I made sure to get a good stretch and roll in afterwards.

Great run today. The park was beautiful, and the company was terrific. Got a little carried away with Kayla. Good strength and balance once we got back to the hangar. I'm really looking forward to the upcoming season.
