Good run today. I went snowshoeing earlier in the day and was a little tired form that, but the run went really well. There was a masters gentlemen who happily greeted me with a "welcome back" and a massive grin which was very sweet of him.

This felt pretty good. I was a little worried because my leg was sore after pool yesterday and felt stiff, but I got going things felt pretty good no sharp pains and only a little bit of discomfort at the end but very minor

Good pool workout went for it from the swim and drills were a good challenge. The workout was tough getting into the pushing mindset but I managed to tie my HR high of 32 and imagined myself racing and pushing on the limit. Good DWR nice and challenging with the hands out of water. My knee was sore for the cā€™s against the wall. Felt my leg a bit in the intervals. Strides up top were pretty good. My knee hurt during the lunges of med ball.

Good run things felt pretty smooth and only started to feel a bit of strain across the knee in the last 4min, but even then it was dull.
