This was awesome. I have not felt this excited or happy in a long time. Felt great to move my body and be out in nature. Met some great people and genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. I need to find out how to find this joy with running again...

Good run today. The leg was not perfect but that was alright. It stayed the same for the most part the last couple mins the leg was a bit more stiff but it never got severe or sharp. Happy with the turn of events.

Today was a really interesting day. I have been having a rough couple of days with lots of crying and mental breakdowns. I did not have the best head on my shoulders. I went to talk to Kip about dialing back practice, but the easy option is not always the best option. I tend to turn thoughts into catastrophes and I decided that I was just going to try to run for 1 min. The first minute passed and I felt fine so I kept going. Stopped at 3 mins for a break went then I thought I can keep doing this. I hit 3 mins and things felt fine I went to 5 and took another walk break not wanting to push things. I started up again and midway through the young bucks started their cooldown so I thought I would join them for a while. Things felt pretty good. I ran on the track mostly because the small footing available on the outside of the curtain was making me land awkward and causing some discomfort so I adapted. Beks came part way ended up dropping me. I tried to stick but going faster bugged my leg so I just listened to my body and went back to a relatively pain-free pace. I was really happy with how the day ended.

This was alright. I was not super happy about being up early after a crappy sleep and stressful Monday evening. I am feeling emotionally and mentally drained. I am finding it hard to want anything right now. I still managed to get myself out of bed which was a win and get to practice. My leg was sore if I stomped really hard on the A's so I modified so that I could join Beeman. It also hurt for the C's against the block so I modified again. I am hoping to have some answers soon. My toes are almost always numb and walking downstairs is painful. I tried the first set of intervals which went alright so I kept on and pushed got my HR to 30. Not a record but close to it. I was happy to have Beeman there.

Feeling pretty tired and a bit under the weather today and the leg was sore going downstairs again. Did some stretching and walked the doggo in the snow which also bugged my leg. Trying to play the conservative card because the goal is to run not be the cross training queen.
