Good run with Kayla and Maxie. Gorgeous day and great company. My leg was better today but not perfect. The ball of my right foot has been a bit sore the last since Tuesday. In terms of running I feel a bit heavy, clumsy and awkward, but I felt like this last year coming back from injury.

Today was good. I was nervous about clothing choices for the cold, but did a pretty good job, only the tummy was chilly. Leg was better today. I didn't need to stop and it was only a bit tight at the very start, going up hills and a bit at the end. Forgot to bring a change of indoor clothes today so I will need to remember that for next time. Good elliptical managed to pull up notes on my midterm.

Today was a good workout. Gave a good effort and enjoyed it. Right now I need to find my joy again. Today was a step int hat direction.

I set up my trainer and made a table out of my laundry rack and listened to some music while studying for my midterm tomorrow. Also made some clip in shoes out of runners and duct tape since I had already spent some time setting it up and didn't want to risk wasting more time taking the pedals on and off.

The run today was decent. My hip flexors were a bit tight and so were my quads. I ended up having to stop twice to stretch out a kink, but things were moving well once I did that. Felt good to be back. DWR was good nothing too crazy, but the pool was quite busy.

Had a drastic change of mood today compared to yesterday... Being upset has been draining me and I feel like I am getting behind on school. I am working on being less reactive but I am struggling. Having a lot of mixed feelings and emotions lately. Working on moving forward with a positive outlook, but ultimately struggling.
