Good run today. It was a little chilly on the way out but the wind was at our back towards Oliver. I was a bit nervous to run fast because it’s been a long time but it went well. I tried to hang on to Kayla and stick with her for as long as I could. Maxie came up behind me in the last little bit and I tried to respond, but couldn’t get my legs going. Focused on maintaining the gap and pushing. Was happy with today.

Good run with Beeman. It was beautiful out and the conversations were great. I was nervous to run because my leg felt a bit stiff after the ice bath this morning, but on the run, I had NO pain and didn't really think about my knee.

Good workout with the ladies today. We got to run and ice our feet during the run due to the flooding. There was lots of good chats and laughter today. Feels so great to be back and running. Good bike and elliptical. Also, the strides went well and felt less awkward than on Tuesday. I took a good wipeout on the first one.

Really good workout today. The swim was pretty good, made an effort to beat some people. Drills were awesome and for the intervals, I pushed and took chances on every rep. HR got to 31. The DWR was a good challenge and went arms free for the majority. I need to learn to embrace the competitive side of things and not get defensive when thinking about it.

Good run today. I don't recall any noticeable discomfort in the knee. It was nice to run in the sunshine with the girls. Elliptical was alright, but my toes and feet went numb. Excited to be making progress. Running feels a little challenging and I know I've gained some weight since getting injured. I want to lose the weight i've gained and then some in a sustainable way.

Good run today. It felt great to be back and able to talk to people as I train! My knee was not the biggest fan of the snowy ground, but the discomfort was not bad and very manageable. Feeling the progress. I ran 5 times last week!!
