I saw Maxie running and decided to run with her for a lap to try out the leg... ended up running for like 20 laps with little discomfort and nothing sharp like Wednesday.

brought my bike out of the house and rode in the sunshine. I threw in 5 x 1 min hard with 1 min recovery in the middle.

tried skiing today, but my technique and my skins were not great for the snow conditions. I wiped out hard twice and called it a quits early since my hips and knees were starting to bug me.
