My legs were feeling beat up from weights Thursday, but they felt better once they got moving and after the run. This was my longest run since the injury and it felt great to be back. I am excited to get back into the swing of things.

Decent run today. The only time I felt my knee was at the end of the tempo loop and it wasn’t hurting more of a tired feeling. I ran the loop at a medium effort.

This was a challenge. I made the decision the night before to catch up on sleep but I also had a restless night and woke up feeling sick and tired. I waited till later in the day but didn't feel much better. I forced myself to get to the gym and managed an easy elliptical without a breakdown.

Good run today. The leg was fine throughout. It was not perfect, but that is not the expectation. Really good sit and push after. Also, I had a terrible sleep last night and didn't get to bed until around 3 am, and even when I was asleep the quality was low. Also feeling the stress from school

Good run with Rebekkah. I think we both really appreciated each other’s company. My leg was good and only felt a bit tight in comparison to other leg, but no pain! Today was a good reminder of why I do this sport.
