Good workout today. My leg feels like the worst is in the past which makes me incredibly happy. A bit of grinder out in the snow but got better and was able to relax and push and ignore the voice in my head.

Good run today. My leg was good, but the ball of the right foot was a bit sore from yesterday. I made sure to give it a good roll and stretch.

Today was good. My leg was a little off all day so I was worried about doing any effort but I eased into it and ended up doing a progression run. I was happy to have Kayla out there to chase. Was happy to be out in the sunshine running hard. The ball of my right foot was good today.

Good run today it was nice to get the legs going a little faster with some tempo. First Monday running workout of 2019. The leg felt fine. Headed back to the hangar to do an elliptical workout.

Today was pretty good. It was nice to run with the ladies and the rain was refreshing and cooling. My leg was good before, during, and after. I am happy to be back without pain.
