Today's workout was a grinder but for the wrong reasons. I was coming up with excuses as to why I was behind the old ladies instead of just running with them.

Awesome long run today!!!!! The trails were super fun! I took a couple wipeouts and it looked like I pooped my pants because I landed butt first in the mud. Had fun running over the bike bumps and screaming “weeeeeee”. So nice to run with everyone on such a lovely day. The leg was good and there was no pain today!!! So excited to be back!!!!
