Good run today. It felt good to push hard. My legs had this almost numb feeling today when I was running hard which was different. Need to work on relaxing and not resisting. I need to work hard but also move fast.

Good workout this morning. Collo challenges me in the pool and it was awesome. Felt focused today. HR was 26. Need to work more on the k drill.

Good workout today. It felt good to get the engine running again. Had a good mindset and embraced the hard. Kept focused throughout the majority of the workout. Got to a good Monday effort. Was happy to have Maxie pushing me for the first half of the workout.

Good long run today. I took popcorn for the first 25 mins then ran with rebekkah for the rest. Lots of good chats, challenging hills, and exploring. I decided I am going to get my license before the summer ends! The hills were a great challenge. I need to check the bike course for the Xterra because I don't know if I will be able to safely ride those trails!
