Great workout today. My left foot feels cramped up and it’s painful to walk but I still got some great work done on the elliptical. Pushed some mental boundaries and ended up getting to a Saturday effort had to lie on the floor before starting cooldown.

Today’s run my ego got in the way at points because it didn’t like being so far behind. I grinder almost the entire time until we got back to LPH and Maxie and I took it to a pace where we could talk. Got better today. Was breathing hard on the hills and could feel the adaptations.

Today I got better. My gluten were nice and sore from RFEs which made for a challenging and tiring run. I biked to centennial and did 30 mins before the other goons joined in. Things get better once we got moving. Ran over to cascades. Drank two full nalgenes after the run.
