I was happy to be able to run today, but I did not get to a Saturday effort. I could still feel my cold and didn’t push as hard as I could. I was a bit disappointed by this but I have to remind myself that this was a much better workout than last week.

Decent run today. I eased into the workout today. I didn’t get to the ultimate Monday effort, but it was a good first workout back from sickness. My cough intensified after the run, but eased off later in the night.
