Nice run from the house. My left shoe must have been tied too tight at first because I got a weird cramp. I stopped at about 10mins to take off my shoe and massage it. I loosened my shoes and it was fine for the rest of the run.

Good workout today. I definitely pushed when it got hard. I was a little afraid to run hard today but I let go of that and got in a great effort. It was nice to run with Madi.
