Good barefoot shakeout between classes. I was happy to get this done because may have been the hardest day to get through since starting university. I have been trying my best to be able to get through things but today was the straw that broke the camels back and I had a mental breakdown. I ended up not making it to the school on my bike because I was so upset I could not ride my bike straight and i wound up laying down in the grass. Some random nice person stopped and made sure I was okay and helped me calm down and get my breathing back in control. I got a ride to school. During my classes, I had a really hard time keeping calm, but I know the only way out is through and if I skipped class it would make the situation worse.
