Good workout today. I worked closer to my ability than my default leave of effort today. The hills were awesome and really challenged me. I want to learn how to have that same intensity while running on flat ground.

Today was alright. I was more aware of running relaxed and when I would tense up. I made an effort to encourage the girls to run with me when I could feel them falling off. I need to work on relaxing while being challenged. Also taking things one moment at a time to not get overwhelmed.

Good barefoot shakeout between classes. I was happy to get this done because may have been the hardest day to get through since starting university. I have been trying my best to be able to get through things but today was the straw that broke the camels back and I had a mental breakdown. I ended up not making it to the school on my bike because I was so upset I could not ride my bike straight and i wound up laying down in the grass. Some random nice person stopped and made sure I was okay and helped me calm down and get my breathing back in control. I got a ride to school. During my classes, I had a really hard time keeping calm, but I know the only way out is through and if I skipped class it would make the situation worse.
