Today I woke up feeling sick, but I thought it would get better as the day progressed, but it just got worse. Felt very low in energy today. I told myself “I am strong” but I was not feeling strong.

Extended run to class. I listened to a podcast and I really enjoyed running while listening to something for a change. I haven’t had a lot of time to listen to podcasts so I think I’m going to do this more.

Nice run back from the school. Ran through the hospital trails and around the neighborhood.

Good workout today. I kept playing with the tempo line and working to run more efficiently while running fast.

My left shin was fairy stiff after the morning workout. Did a lot of stretching and also cupped my shin when I got home.
