Good run today. The body is feeling a little tight in places, but manageable. Struggling right now mentally.

Nice run with Clayton. I was quite impressed he kept up. I went back to get him a couple of times he took a little walk break but other than that we were going pretty good. Ended with some stretching. I saw Jo right before this and she loosened some things up which put me into a better mood.

Today was alright. I was happy to run, but my body didn't feel amazing. I had some pain that came on at 30mins but it never really got worse once it came on. I did lots of recovery stuff after.
