First track meet of the season since I have been most sick this month I did only the 1 mile and I did pretty good for being sick this month and recovering from the flu. Time 5:46 if I did not get sick I would have been in the low 5 mins range because the first half of the race I was in 2nd place in my heat and then I started coughing and felling more tired than before I got sick a month ago because in fell back to around 8th or 10th and my splits started to get slower a lot slower.
