Ok day today for intervals. At the end of practice I found out that my extenter for my classic roller ski was cought on my wheel and was slowing me down and I was feeling more on the tired side from last night’s workout. So I wasn’t able to keep up and I was starting to feel dizzy so I only 4 out of the 6 intervals and then the 10 seconds sprints went better I was felling a little better and my form and intensity felt better and faster.
