Ok day today for intervals. At the end of practice I found out that my extenter for my classic roller ski was cought on my wheel and was slowing me down and I was feeling more on the tired side from last night’s workout. So I wasn’t able to keep up and I was starting to feel dizzy so I only 4 out of the 6 intervals and then the 10 seconds sprints went better I was felling a little better and my form and intensity felt better and faster.

Overall a really good meet had to take some days off for school and I PR in the mile but if I did not get sick this season in April I think I could have ran around 10 to 15 seconds faster in the mile this season but my cardio still improved a lot from the end of the season to the start of the track season which my overall goal for the track season was to build up my cardio because that was the main reason I didn’t go to state at sections in February. Also ran my first 400 and felt very similar to a 3k or 1k ski sprint race. 5:41 in the mile 19th and a 1:05.44 in the 400 18th
