Ran the second loop of the 3rd leg course. Due to feeling a bit sick the day before and the really bad start from the team. Ran full speed and everything felt ok. No misses except a security stop towards the 18th control. Lost 70-80 sec on the route choice towards 18th.

A slow start to first (all uphill) and a 20 sec mistake on 2nd (misread the terrain when crossing a road and a stone wall). Made a big mistake on the 4th control. Got to far down a slope and had to climb to get to the control. Lost maybe 90 sec. From there on the race was quite good. Only made a small route choice error on the way to the 8th control, around 20 sec.

A kind of orienteering interval training. Extremely high speed in the terrain and on paths. Not much orienteering for me, did all my running on backs :) Felt really good!
