Rank: 60/137 (13/37), +8.50 (+6.13)
Smålandskavlen, relay leg 2/5. Night leg with individual starts. A crappy start with a small mistake to 1st. Bigger mistake on the route to second and a couple of minutes went by. Got control over the orienteering and started to run a lot of safe routes. Made one or two smaller mistakes after that. One of the worst night races during the last seasons.

Sore legs from yesterdays first strength program in a long while. Just tried to get some nice easy kilometers.

(45 + 14 sec at 10 stations) x 3 laps. Started with only 3 laps the first time. This will surely give some good burn in the muscles tomorrow.
