Started good and got the first controls really good. Missed something on the first long leg, to 9th, and lost 50" without making a mistake at the control. Made 3 smaller mistakes in total on the controls and lost around 10-20" on each. Got a little bit of trouble in the end of the course due to bad print quality of the map.

Took it easy on the two 5 min intervals (competition tomorrow) but on the other I pushed quite hard. Both Peter, Per C and Erik pushed hard as well. Really fun today!

Went on a trip with Vilse. Started out very slow and was mostly a social training. But after 60% of the training the speed was upped considerably and we pushed around 3'30" almost the whole way home from there. There were only Erik, Per C and I left in the end.
