Started quite slow during the first couple of controls (due to the really long wait for the exchange from previous legs runner). Got the controls quite ok until the 7th control were I drifted a bit from the line and made 15-20". Made another stupid mistake on 9th control where I trusted the paths from previous runners too much and ended up going doing 30". After that a quite ok race technical eventough it felt like a was missing some top speed running wise. Probably this was mental due to the really shitty weather.

Had quite a bit of ache in the legs (höftböjare/?) from the training earlier this week, but I managed to fight quite well with Erik M. Felt really tired afterwards. :)

Testrun of the 10th leg in the 43 relay. The terrain was quite tough (this time of year) with a lot of undergrowth and quite a lot of stone in some parts. We run in a masstart (Johan E and Erik M) and I managed to beat Erik in the sprint towards the goal. I guess the time could have been 3 min better if not for some unecessary mistakes and another 2-4 min for the terrain being faster in the end of the relay.

Distance running with Erik M and Johan E. We stepped up the speed the whole time from a nice and easy 5'/km to around 3'30" for the last 10'. Felt quite tired afterwards. I could feel that the trainings have been quite easy for the last couple of weeks. Let's get down to business again ;)
