Rank: 2/18, +3'27" (on the 3rd leg. I won my gaffel though)
Started quite fast and got a bit stressed on first and made a 10" mistake and let Mattias Ericsson into the game. (Mattias started 10" behind me) We got 2nd ok and made a big mistake on 3rd (1'30"). Mattias lost me while trying to find the control. He chased after me and was only 10" behind me at the spectator control. I had only been running on safety from 3rd to the spectator control and on the second loop I pushed the pedal to the metal and raced off. He did not catch me and lost over 1' on the long leg after the spectator control. (He later managed to break his toe) I finished as 2nd team after having passed 2 other teams on the leg.

Worst race ever. Ok first and smaller mistake to 2nd and ok to 3rd and 4th.Huge mistake on 5th (probably misaligned marsh on the map) and huge mistake to 6th. Just couldn't figure out how the mapper has depicted the different terrain features. Huge mistake to 8th and from there on it was only jogging. Made a couple of more mistakes but it didn't matter. The weather wad bad and everything just sucked today. :(

Ran the 1km intervals on the 10k track in Vidingsjö together with Erik M. Felt alot better than the last couple of days. Hopefully, relaxing the other trainings was a good idea to avoid getting sick again.

Since I had a really bad day yesterday I took it quite easy and did not try to push all the way. It became a really good tempo training with map. Did one mistake on the 3rd last control and lost approx 20".
