Running warm up/down 15:00 [3] 3.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: VJ Integrator 2006

Orienteering race 1:05:17 [5] **** 8.22 km (7:57 / km)
spiked:11/17c shoes: VJ Integrator 2006

Rank: 3/6, +1'38"
Night orienteering Club Championship
Got of to a bad start with a not so good route choice to 2nd (1') and then a big mistake (2') on 3rd which made 2 min later starting Dryml catch up with me. :-(

I kept running trying to orienteer solo without getting disturbed by Dryml, but ended up doing a big mistake on the 6th control (4'). After that I started running really aggressive in order to orienteer in full speed into every control. I also wanted to give Dryml a bit of a hard time. I almost managed to loose him two times, but ended up making mistakes that kept him in the game. Dryml won the title and I ended up in 3rd spot. Quite disappointing orienteering from my side, but my new headlamp was superb! and the legs felt quite fast.

Running trail/forest warm up/down 25:00 [3] 4.0 km (6:15 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-2110 black

To and from the start of the Martins bana.

Running trail/forest race 39:53 [5] 10.0 km (3:59 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-2110 black

Martins bana 2 loops@5km
Started quite fast, but felt after the first km of mud that this was goind to be quite tough. I let Erik (aka Weltmeister) pass me and followed him. Decided that on the second loop I would let him go in order not to get to tired on the second lap. I was quite tired goind out on the second lap but managed to gain some strength for the last km, where I pushed quite hard in order to manage to get a time under 40'. The course was really muddy and there were also quite a lot of garbage from recent clearings that made the course somewhat slower than normal. Also I think orienteering shoes would have provided better traction. (The weltmeister used some PB Walsh I think).

My times:
19'37", 20'16"
