Got some fever after the technical training yesterday and I woke this morning with a sour throat and a lousy mood. :( Feels like the whole weekend is getting destroyed now!

To start and some more... felt like shit... may be to much coffee during the day.

Orienteering tempo 35:30 [4] 5.2 km (6:50 / km)
shoes: VJ Integrator 2006

Pre race-practice to check the control points and more.
Tried to run fast all the way to the control and then check the point more thoroughly. Orieentering went really well but running felt like shit. :(

Just wanted to get some speed in the legs and feel how the body responded after the sickness. I got really windy but the legs felt really fine... Speed wise I think I'm quite all right because I managed to outpace the others quite easily and I think that I could have easily continued in the same pace for a few more intervals.

Core strength exercises in Bäcksskolan. Only did 3 loops because of being sick yesterday. Felt ok, but nothing more. Didn't push to the normal extent.
