Two sprint-o intervals (1.1 + 1.35 km) that my brother made up. I made him 2 loops and he made 2 for me. It felt really bad during wam-up but when I got going it felt better. 3 min rest between the intervals.

Training on the competition courses from the TGOK-orinteringen competition 2008. My goal was just to beat the winners time and try to make as few mistakes as possible. This was the first training in many, many weeks that I tried to push hard. I wanted it to feel like a competition when I ran. Unfortunately my running shape sucks big time after 5 weeks of sickness. I started together with Dryml but he got lost somewhere on the way to the 5th control and from there on I pushed on my own until (the 9th control) I got Jac on my back for the rest of the course ;) I actually tried to loose him by pushing hard but the speed is nowhere close to loosing him on the paths It could have been possible if there had been more running in rough forest =)

It feels like I can start to train a little bit harder soon, maybe my evil coughing will go away soon as well!

Running long 1:16:00 [3] 14.6 km (5:12 / km)
shoes: Asics GEL Nimbus VIII

A run down on the old military fields south of town. I got quite tired the last 15 min. I guess it's because I forgot to bring any fruit for the afternoon. Half of the run was in the forest and the second half on paths and asfalt.

Running long 38:00 [3] 10.0 km (3:48 / km)
shoes: Asics GEL Nimbus VIII

Easy run with my brother around the 10k track in Vidingsjö. A lot of gps talk on that short run.
