| Ran to Valla for the sprint training and afterwards I followed Lilleman to his home in vidingsjö and then back home again.

Sprint intervals in Valla together with Lilleman and h3nk3.
Ran ok, only did 2 minor mistakes of roughly 10"+10". Running felt quite ok even though the last interval was quite tough.
Afterwards we verified one of Lillemans mistake by running the different options to see how large his mistake was. I won by getting the closest approximation. About a 1' sprint. |

Lilleman started hard and I just followed. Felt a little bit weak maybe because I did not have any afternoon snack with me and too much coffee. First full set of intervals in a really long time. Nice, might just keep this up while I am not sick :) |
