Note

Ingen flygtur till miami idag. Efter 4h bestämmer de sig för att ställa in och vi får sova över på Arlanda. Allt som allt så står/väntar vi 10 h. Frågan är om det räknas som träning, då jag har ont i ryggen och är rejält trött.

Terrible day and an even worse map! Made a bad mistake on first where I misjudged the size of the objects that were on the map. The objects were tiny as hell in reality but still mapped. :(

Didn't get any nice flow and did some errors due to uneven use of the yellow color to mark "open" hill tops or openings in the forest. Tried to get over the mistakes but it all ended in misery... Note to self: Don't run on any more maps up there, they are just crap and you will only be disappointed again!

All in all sized up a good 6'45" in mistakes in total on a not so hard course!

Just cruised along side the others to not get to exhausted. I was feeling quite slow and stiff from the long competition the day before yesterday. Got easier during the last intervals, but decided that I shouldn't do any full speed running due to the competition tomorrow.
