A short run in Valla-skogen after I got home from Sthlm. I started slow and then gradually built up speed towards 3'30"/km. I then eased off a bit the last 3-4'.

Did 40 slow pushups before I hit the showers.

Went out for a quick run before i had to go back to meet up with Linda. I pushed hard going uphill and there where a lot of hills. Chased some local runner around a nice little lake in speeds around 315. :)

Finished off with 40 quick pushups before I had to run out to the train.

After work stuff with the project in sthlm. A lot of beer later I eventually got back to the hotel. Slept really bad due to the mother f*cking storkyrkan that kept ringing all night. :(

Räv-OL
Some kind of tempo-orienteering where you go in and out of an area with controls and after each control you catch up with the fox going around the area. Quite fun. Ran without going all in trying give the muscles something to do, but not murder them completely.

There are still 2 small ping-pong balls in my calves.
