Running warm up/down 10:00 [3] 1.5 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: IceBug OLX Spirit

Orienteering race 30:17 [5] **** 4.94 km (6:08 / km)
spiked:15/22c shoes: IceBug OLX Spirit

Rank: 4/48, +1'00"
Ramunderträffen in Söderköping
I love this type of terrain. Usually I prefer long distance, but nowadays 5-6 km is about the distance I can go. (With reasonable speed)

Technically I ran OK for the greatest part of the race. Got a bit distracted on the last controls when the commentator started mentioning me having a chance at the 2nd spot. So I messed up and lost a couple of places in the last controls :(

Otherwise I did 5 mistakes which were in the 10" to 20" range. It adds up and It would have been nice to orienteer all the way to the control and not just up to the control ring. :(

At least I beat all my team mates except AB. But he only kicked my ass by 8". :)

Running trail/forest intervals 11:43 [5] 3.38 km (3:28 / km)
ahr:165 shoes: Asics GEL Magic Racer IV

Forest intervals in Vallaskogen, the usual loop x 5 (1'+ min of rest between each interval)

I stepped up one notch today and ran 5 loops instead of the measly 4 that I have done a couple of times now. Felt quite ok despite the warm up felt like shit. The first intervals was a bit on the the too fast side, but I managed to keep the pace and push myself a little bit extra on the last two. I got a little bit of extra rest today as I waited for my brother to get 1' of rest between the loops.

My brother and Erik H joined me and it's always fun not to run alone. Didn't see Jac in the forest. I thought I was clear about wednesdays. Next Wednesday it's sprint training in Valla. Anyone interested? (I'm slowly assimilating Erik H into an orienteer ;)

My times:
2'23", 2'21", 2'22", 2'20", 2'17"

Running warm up/down 21:00 [3] 4.48 km (4:41 / km)
