Running long 55:43 [3] 12.7 km (4:23 / km)
ahr:150 max:165 shoes: Asics GEL Magic Racer IV

After a long day playing carpenter I decided to relax by taking a run. So headed south and ended up in Edsberga where I had a look at a friends new home. After 30 min I headed home and this time a took the scenic route through the new Ullstämma south area that is being built. Felt quite tired the last couple of km, but I guess it was due to the late hour (around 10 pm).

24 min to Edshaga and then 32 min home.

Running warm up/down 28:32 [3] 4.53 km (6:18 / km)
shoes: Asics GEL Magic Racer IV

Warm up and jog down. Took a trip up to eskadern and then up to the police station and down to Trädgårn.

Sprint orienteering 9:55 [5] ** 2.14 km (4:38 / km)
ahr:164 spiked:11/11c shoes: Asics GEL Magic Racer IV

Ran the Sprint course in Trädgårdsföreningen that Ptr had made for Erik in his training package. I did a proper warm and then took off in kamikaze style among the lunch people that were quitly enjoying the nice sunshine. Did a few really nice jumps over the fences and gates in and out of the park ;)

Orienteering wise it went really ok. Took safe routes and concentrated on getting in and out off the controls in different directions to preserve speed. Got a littel bit tired during the second half of the course but then the orienteering intensified on the last 3 controls so it didn't matter. Really nice course.

Note: I printed the map in 1:5000 and it was in parts a bit detailed and hard to read. But with a calibrated printer with better color accuracy I don't think there will be any problems reading all the details.
