Tried to run threshold but it was really hard to push in the snow. You only got a lot of lactae acid in your muscles but no pulse. Really though with all the snow. Only made 2 mistakes during first half (1m30s) the second half was ok.

The usual loop in Vallaskogen. A beautiful day with lots of new powder on top of the old snow. Quite slippery and had to fight really hard behind Ptr the last 3 intervals.
