Sprint training in T1 (The LSC final)
Had Martinsson put out stripes before I ran out. Great course in a real fun area. Enjoyed it big time!

Made 3 mistakes, on the way to 5th I missed the most straight route choice and also missed my planned route choice and ended up going a wide left. Missed the obvious route from 11 to 12 and went to wide around a house in vain. In the end of the course I got a bit stressed out about missing Peters winning time from LSC and totally fu*ked second last. Got the ludicrous idea that I was looking for a stair, but instead I was going for a tree. In total I lost around 25-30".

Woke up and felt like I had been hit by a train. It got a little bit better during the day, but still not a 100%.

Forest intervals on a new loop in some quite nice bit of forest. A bit of fallen trees from some storm a couple of years ago, but not much to stop you from running fast. Felt quite tired but got help from the others to keep the pace up. A good session!
