So I did a full 10h of manual labour. Felt pretty tired after a full day outside... The weather was kind of shitty and was freezing constantly in the hands.

Long intervals, 1.8k x 3 + 3' x 2 (1'30" rest on the 1.8k and 1' on the 3')
Ran on the handikappspåret in Vidingsjö. Nice to run on snow free tracks for once. Spring is really coming now and only small patches of snow remains in the forest.
On the long intervals I decided just to try to run as many intervals as possible together with Ptr and Martinsson. Martinsson fell through on the 2nd interval and I had to chase Ptr alone on the 3rd. I pushed really hard and maintained the speed from the first interval on the last one. Had been a few strokes above my threshold so had to resort to some shorter intervals. Did 2 more together with Dirk and Otter.

Did not feel much from the cold that has been plaguing me throughout easter.
