Went to Tiergarten for another try at the 8.2 km track. This time we only missed the signs at some road construction work which threw us off track a bit. Felt really good today. Cruising all the way! (Jonas had a hard time though and really gave everything :)

Ran off from to hotel together with 3 co-workers. We were quite pressed on time before we had to be back before dinner. I had eaten to close to the training so I had some problems with digestion and the general feeling during the slow run was to just give in and stop.

We found a nice 8.2 km track in the Tiergarten which we tried to follow (the wrong way). That was quite difficult and we ended up running an improvised version. Nice weather.

Forest intervals in Vallaskogen (The usual stuff)
It was really wet in the terrain and that slowed things down, but avoided the worst part by going around. It was approximately 3-4" slower than goind through the "marsh". The air was really nice just after some rainfall but still warm and nice.

Felt stiff as a board and the high humidity and temperature made this a tough session. At least this is good for my weak body...
