Lunch run from work out to CH and then back through Gottfridsberg on the way home. Slow start and then progressively faster.

A bit stiff in my hips.... Maybe I should do some training that increases my agility.

After a good couple of days of rest since my last activity I have managed to get rid of my back pain and finally decided to start using my running shoes again.

Ran the usual Wednesday lunch training in Vallaskogen and the weather was nice and everything except the speed felt good.

My splits:
2'26", 2'23", 2'23", 2'24", 2'21"
