Running tracks 2:40:00 [3]

Runnig the lidingöloppet track. the first 19km realy slow but the last 11km on 44 min. Also ran 2 km back to bosön.

Test runon 3000 meters on bosön, was very tired before the race, but did a good race. Was second 2 s after David Andersson

Indoor orienteering. I was not good at that sport, to slow at punching. But it was fun to try. Janne was the best.

Test running on Bosön. did VO2 max test and MaxLass test. I had good result. 75,8 in VO2 max and 91,5 % in MaxLass

Test runnig, but the lower speed.

Srength workout with the national team, was very tired after the tests.

Played football after the strength. The juniors against the seniors.

Running in stadsskogen and on Norbyspåret. Ran with different speed.

Night orienteering in Jumkil. My worst race ever. and I almost nocked my tooth out on my way to the first control

Night running in Nåsten. Almost as mutch swimming as running

10 3 min intervals. It felt OK, but had some problems with my stomach.
