I forgot my watch, I think we went all of 10 miles. lots of hiking, I was sore and not into it today. Was ok with cutting long run short. On a positive note, that was the farthest my chihuahua has run, and she had a blast!

doesn't it should like fun taking two dogs to the most popular trail in Tahoe this time of year, with tons of people from the valley that don't like dogs. I ended up just leashing the little savages up and walking. I'll count it as my hike!!

I ran out of time... I did the first hill progression maybe too slow? It hurt trust me. I ended up maxing at 9, did my 20 tempo at 8:20 and second progression which I ended at 6%, and finished out with a shorter cool down.
