Plan was 2x10mins hills. Decided to do the Illium to Society hill which is 20 mins. Good solid effort this. Beat my PB by 5 secs (which doesn't move me up the leaderboard). Started steady and wound up slowly so the end result was surprising. Need to knock 10secs off to jump 4 places.
Enjoying listening to The Run In. Mårtin Boström's running career from Finland to UNA track to marathon training to WOC Sprint Champ is pretty interesting.
