Day 2 Cooper Lake. Had a nightmare at number 10. Probably 8 mins of mistakes. Caught 1st place at 5. Then again at 15. Think I won but made it difficult. Really annoyed about 10. Looked for a knoll/clearing. Missed it and went left. Recovered but a mess. Very cold.

Day 1 Cooper Lake (Coyote Run). Messy. No big mistakes (maybe on 2 but I recovered just). Never felt fatigued I just cruised need to put some effort in tomorrow as I'm about 3mins behind 1st place.

White Oak to 18th. Then Heights to 9th and home. Late night (1am) Steady run. Felt great (despite quitting HC and doing taxes!!). Just looking forward to the end of the season so I can do some road races. Need to put some serious speed work in.

Easy w/ Tyler map down White Oak. Delhi Belli today.
