Did 2 miles of Law week 8K. Hamstrings exploded. Very disappointed. Felt ok when it happened. In the top 20. This could take a long time to recover.

Just not feeling it today. Legs are tired. Tweaked my knee a tad too. Early to bed, track and easy run tomorrow. Generally easy week this week. Eikenberg 8K on Saturday. First road race since September.
