Out with Daz. Casual but the hills were a struggle. Great morning, great catch up.

Out with Baz. Tried to do a Threshold test before I went out with him but I was knackered. Couldn't meet any targets set. Did a 30 min loop at the end with Baz. Another good catch up.
I need a rest tomorrow. I feel it now.

4 x Long Hills from Bousdale to Highcliffe. Had to get to Threshold.... These new targets are a whole new ball game. I feel like I've been cruising the last 6 months. All of a sudden everything is much, much harder. Inclined To Madness should be interesting on Wednesday.

These easy runs aren't tough but they're at a different level. The Threshold runs could be frighteningly painful. I think its too high by 5bpm. Lower ride to Butt lane. Back on the lines.

So the watch says I need to step up my easy runs. That's 132bpm. Up from 122. That's at the level I was at when I was 40. I feel it. A much bigger effort. Middle ride to Bousdale.
