Very easy this morning. Left hammy is bothersome. Did something to them on Friday doing RDL's. Nothing terrible but its there. Hoping to get another run in later but we'll see. Got some work in Sugarland. Probably should rest the leg.

Late make up for missing Harriers run this morning. Surprisingly bearable at 11:30. Still ended up losing 2.4kg in fluid though. Went into Hermann for a change. Ran on Tisvilde map which is first on the Forest Qualification map since the disaster. Picked up all sorts of stuff on the run. Lots of alternative routes. Then I remembered why I'd taken some stupid alternatives. No Elephant tracks on the map so I forgot briefly why I'd left controls that way.

S&C with the bairns. Blood pressure was 149/70 at dentist. Checked at home and 120/70. A tad worrying for 2 hours.

3 miles @ Threshold. Didn't feel particularly special this morning. Did Rice Loop in 20min flat. That's somewhere to start improving. Right knee's come back to bother me. Which is strange 'cos there is zero descent to aggravate it.
