Momentum with the bairns after school. Felt great. Had a go at a couple of blues. Progress!

Treadmill. 15 mins threshold. Feeling good but knee is excruciating when I'm resting. Especially getting out of the car. Calves were still sore after NYC run. Probably expected as I barely do any road running at the moment. The knee though.....I'd feel like superman (including undies outside the strides) if it wasn't for it.

Easy from 10th to Battery Park to home. East River was great. Hudson was dense fog. Loved it. Met Lackey and Pino for brunch and then Moorcroft for beers after that......Love NYC.

Planned on going to Westmoreland....then changed it to 10 miles on Manhattan......then ended up with Delhi belly. (Which should be called NYC belly) So nothing achieved.
