Orienteering 38:48 [3] 5.88 km (6:36 / km) +160m 5:48 / km
ahr:153 max:169

Felt naff before and after but ok during the race. Generally poor.
#3 doubted where I was. 3 mins.
#5 ran to wrong clearing 2 mins.
Other than that just didn’t feel speedy. As Stephen Palmer used to say...”I wasn’t running around the trees the right way.”

Treadmill. 5x30secs (x2). Feel strong. Legs a little sore still but come Friday I think I'll be in a good place. Last run before this weekends target race. Then it's preparation for WMOC and Scottish 6 Days.

Bouldering 1:00:00 [3]

Momentum with the bairns. Some great new problems been put up.
5 PM

Running 1:01:20 [3] 12.93 km (4:45 / km)
ahr:145 max:154

Easy with Carter Caves maps. HR seemed a tad elevated for the effort put in. Legs feel sore after tarmac running. Probably feel it tomorrow.
