Sunday Apr 14 #

6 AM

Running 40:09 [3] 8.7 km (4:37 / km) +3m 4:36 / km
ahr:139 max:150

Easy round Rice. Lovely weather. No sleep but felt great this morning.

Saturday Apr 13 #

Note
(rest day)

DOMS.

Friday Apr 12 #

7 PM

Running 1:00:14 [3] 13.57 km (4:26 / km)
ahr:149 max:161

Steady around West U. Obviously the first quarter of the year was extremely unproductive. I thought this would be around 6:52/mile (it was7:09). As with the LSD on Tuesday I got to 5.5 miles and my HR rapidly increased. By the end I was holding back to stop my HR going into Zone 4. I woke up with some DOMS after yesterday too.
Going to rest tomorrow with the weather coming. Was going to Tyler which is my favourite map but it'd be zero fun for Kendal with 100% chance of rain. I can't drive her almost 8 hours round trip not to get out the car.

Thursday Apr 11 #

8 PM

Running 49:15 [3] 10.47 km (4:42 / km)
ahr:136 max:148

Easy cruise round the streets late on. Feel like a proper lard arse. Been eating for England this week.

Wednesday Apr 10 #

Bouldering 45:00 [3]

Quick stint at Momentum. Not been for a long time so hands are shredded.

Tuesday Apr 9 #

9 AM

Running 1:22:02 [3] 16.14 km (5:05 / km) +13m 5:04 / km
ahr:140 max:150

LSD. Obviously an area totally neglected. After 5 miles HR starting rapidly climbing. Stomach bothered. Very warm in the sun. Shade was Ok. Ran to Braeswood/610 and back via Kirby.
Furthest run in 6 months probably.

Monday Apr 8 #

3x10 mins Hills on the treadmill.
