Evening shakeout to see what the damage has been done from this weeks festivities. Felt pretty crappy. DOMS will be traveling with me tomorrow. After the first 1K I could feel all sorts of things going on in my thighs. I was ravenous by the end and I was out for 30mins. The positive? I can safely break wind after four very long days.

More of the same. No sleep. Took Eadie 5 days to get over. Hopefully that won't be the case this time.

Yep, slept terrible and felt almost as bad all day. Think I've caught what put Eadie out of school last week. Managed to do 13 holes of golf with Kendal who's off for Passover. But that took a lot to do.

Procrastinated all day. Finally got the motivation to go out after looking at the 45L JK results. After the weekend they've all had I thought I'd better knuckle down and go out. Easy around West U. Felt ok until the exact moment I finished. Now I feel like a virus is coming on. Headache and neck pain. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Harriers run. Easy with Jordan. Felt surprisingly canny this morning. Temperature helped mind.

Threshold run on the treadmill. This was a struggle. Broke the last 10mins in to 3x2mins.
So total was 10mins + 8x2mins with 90secs recovery. Very tired. This was supposed to be the second of the double yesterday. Then I thought I'd do a double today. But with running with Jordan tomorrow I'd better sack that idea off.
